To quench your thirst after a bath can be tea, kvass, mineral water, compote, juice, tincture of rose hips, currants and other berries and fruits.
Drink . in the bath - it's like to wash down a . that vodka. Not only useless but harmful. The extra degrees combined with high temperatures create overload on the heart and kidneys.
After all, it's nice after a bath-house to drink strong sweet tea. But brewing tea - a special art. To produce a wholesome, delicious and aromatic drink, observe the following rules:

1) boil the water before the first bubble, and only once;
2) porcelain teapot pour over boiling water, dry with a little over a fire, pour the tea leaves and pour boiling water;
3) take the tea leaves at the rate of - 2 grams of tea per cup plus the addition of herbs, or 3-5 g of herb per cup;
4) cover the teapot with a towel and leave for no more than 10 minutes (3-5 minutes - fresh, 5-10 minutes - a soothing tea).
Tea scented

Cranberry tea

Tea from St. John's wort
Stops the inflammation, regulates the activity of the intestine. 1-2 tablespoons in 1 liter of boiling water. Infuse for 15-20 minutes.
Tea from the leaves of black currant
