How to quickly grow african hair

i'm african and my hair's kind of coarse... i want long hair.. please help me out with fast growth tips

Hair grows as fast as it wants to (about 6-8 inches or 15-20 cm per year) and, unless you're severely malnourished, won't grow any faster than it wants to grow. Just make sure you are eating a good diet.
