Reproducing other peoples free articles for your own website

Getting the articles you have written out there on the internet can be a great source of traffic for your webpage. It is a definite compliment when people publish them on their websites. The really well written and informative ones spread like a wild fire from site to site. For example I wrote one on How to set message rues in Outlook Express and submitted to an article site. Next thing you know, it was everywhere. I seriously don’t mind people using my articles, however I have a few complaints.

1. I include an Authors Bio at the bottom of every one of my articles, however people seem to think they can edit this and make my link to my website un-clickable. Why use my article if you are not using it correctly? It is only free if you promote my site.. Not a bad deal really…Considering that some articles took days to complete.
2. Sometimes the article is dumped on a page and looks like an absolute mess. Please tidy it up.
3. Check the article after you have posted it on your site, as it may not turn out like mine are on my site. For example I have seen my article “The basics of HTML” posted on peoples websites with half of it missing. Obviously the have just pasted the article in and do not realize it contains HTML commands, therefore the actual writing becomes invisible.

I actually have a few select articles on this site that other people have written because they are clear and informative.. And why would I even bother to re-write the same subject when it is already done well. However if you come across someone else’s article on this site, you will see a clickable link to their website because I appreciate their work.

Feel free to reproduce this article !! LOL…..
