Samsung i8 is the newest digital camera from Samsung which features a new compact 8.2-megapixel with a lens capable of 3x optical zoom and light sensitivity up to ISO 1600.



The rear LCD measures 2.7 inches, and software enhancements include red-eye correction as well as face detection. On-board memory comes with 195MB and this can be expanded through SD, MMC and SDHC cards. Samsung i8 comes with 7 useful functions as a multimedia digital camera supporting various functions other than shooting, such as watching movies through the PMP, MP3 music playback, travel information and text viewer. In its movie recording mode, which captures SVGA (800×600) video with the option of pausing midway through. No North America prices or release dates have yet been mentioned.
