At the Wireless Japan Show 2007, Sophia Mobile shows the NANI PDA phone running the Windows CE OS. Sophia Mobile NANI is powered by a RMI Alchemy Au1250 600 Mhz processor, and supports WiFi 802.11b/g. NANI comes with a 4.3-inch LCD Touchscreen, integrated digital TV tuner, a VGA camera in the front and a SVGA camera at the back.



Sophia Mobile NANI has a microSD card slot and supports USB connectivity.
