THE GAME I PLAYED
AND THE IMPRESSIONS ON THE SAND


THE CHILD I WAS, IS FAR AWAY
THOSE THOUGHTS OF PLAY ARE TODAY

I once read it in a mag few years back and i loved this one... and if i remember it correctly, it was somewhat like below (i dont trust my memory enough, neither do i know which one would be the original one, but ofcourse u can make an internet search for the exact wordings)..

When i was young,
I used to draw,
Impressions on the Sand...

I sketched my thoughts,
I saved my dreams,
Forever in the Land...

I was a Child, I never Knew,
The winds will take away,
The innocent thoughts,
The games i played,
and the impressions on the Sand...

The Child i was, Is now lost in the Past,
No longer are those thoughts of play,
Nor the Impressions on the Sand... !!!
